Kostas Papasouliotis, DVM Ph.D. DipECVCP MRCVS EBVS European Specialist in Veterinary Clinical Pathology
Dr. Kostas graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (Thessaloniki) in Greece in 1989. After working in small animal practice for a short period of time, he moved to Bristol where he completed a Ph.D. and a residency in Feline Gastroenterology (1995) and a residency in Clinical Pathology (1998). He was then a Lecturer and a Senior Lecturer in Veterinary Clinical Pathology at the Bristol Veterinary School for more than 25 years. After leaving academia, Kostas has been the Head of Clinical Pathology at Axiom Veterinary Laboratories and Finn Pathologists; has also worked as a senior clinical pathologist and the scientific standards coordinator for IDEXX Laboratories UK. He has published more than 130 scientific papers, research abstracts, professional articles and book chapters and lectures regularly in the UK and Europe. He is currently the Vice-President of the European College of Veterinary Clinical Pathology (ECVCP).
